This Privacy Policy applies to PortraitStudioAI at www.portraitstudioai.com and explains how we handle information when you sign in, generate portraits, use photo-editing tools, or contact support.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

• Account information: Email address and authentication details when you create an account. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive your Google account identifier, email address, name, and profile picture. We use these details to authenticate you and maintain your account. We do not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail, Google Drive, or Google Calendar.
• Photos and images: Photos you upload, editing instructions, selected templates, and generated images used to provide portrait generation and photo editing.
• Usage data: Information about how you interact with our service, such as templates selected and generation history.
• Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information for security and analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve our AI portrait generation services
• Process and generate portraits from your uploaded photos
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests
• Maintain security and prevent fraud or abuse
• Track successful generations and enforce account usage limits

4. Data Storage and Security

Supabase provides account authentication, database storage, and private image storage. Vercel hosts the website and processes requests. Account access controls restrict access to saved personal images, and HTTPS protects data in transit. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. Google handles Google sign-in; Supabase handles authentication and stored account data; Vercel hosts the application; and OpenAI processes the photos and instructions submitted for image generation or editing. Our image-generation requests do not include your Google account profile as an input. These providers may process data outside your country under their own service terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use browser storage and authentication session information to keep you signed in and support essential website functionality. You can clear this data through your browser settings; doing so may sign you out.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. Contact support@portraitstudioai.com from your account email to request assistance. You can also revoke Google access through the connections settings in your Google Account. Revoking access does not automatically delete your PortraitStudioAI account or previously saved images.

8. Data Retention

Account details, saved generation history, and usage records are retained while needed to operate your account and provide the service. Images are not promised to be deleted immediately after generation. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support@portraitstudioai.com. Some records may need to be retained for security, legal obligations, or backup recovery; our service providers may have separate retention periods.

9. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page.
