By accessing or using PortraitStudioAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PortraitStudioAI, available at www.portraitstudioai.com, provides AI portrait generation and photo-editing tools, including restoration, upscaling, denoising, sharpening, colorization, and background removal. Uploaded photos and instructions are processed using OpenAI through our application.

3. User Accounts

You must sign in to generate or edit images. You may use Google sign-in or the email authentication options available on the website. Our Privacy Policy explains how account and image data are handled. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any photos or images you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and transform your images using our AI services solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You must have the rights and necessary permission to upload and process each photo, including permission from people depicted where required. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or infringing on the rights of others.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• Impersonate others or create misleading identities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the Service
• Use automated systems to access or scrape the Service

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Free accounts currently receive three successful generations per rolling 24 hours, shared across portrait generation and photo-editing tools. Each used credit becomes available again 24 hours after use. Paid plans are available only when checkout is enabled. Before purchasing, review the price, generation allowance, billing interval, and renewal terms displayed at checkout. Subscription charges and renewals apply only after you complete a purchase. 7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PortraitStudioAI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated results may vary and can contain inaccuracies or visual artifacts. We do not guarantee an exact likeness, a specific output resolution, or identical results across generations. Review results before publishing or relying on them. We are not responsible for how generated content is used after download.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PortraitStudioAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
